Please note: All sale and clearance items are final sale, including any type of buy 1 get 1 discount are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
We hope that you will love what you order. However, if you don't for any reason we will gladly accept your return for a full refund on non-sale purchases.
You will have 7 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund or store credit. Return authorization is required.
Return Options
- Store credit: Full refund on items, $5.95 return shipping fee.
- Exchange: $9.95 return shipping fee.
- Refund: Full refund on items, $5.95 return shipping fee. If items kept are below $89 the outbound shipping will also be deducted.
Terms and Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags, and folded back into the original packaging.
- Items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
- Outbound shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Include the original packing slip in the return package.
- If above terms are not met, up to an additional 20% restocking fee will apply.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to all orders over $300.
If the item was defective or factory damaged then you will receive a full refund and will be exempt from the return shipping charges. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
However, once the item is received we will inspect it and we will determine if the item is actually damaged or defective due to factory or warehouse damage.
ellwidesign.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, or if we determined that it was damaged by the customer, or the return reason is incorrect.
We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit when returning.
