United States*
FREE SHIPPING on orders $89+ - No code needed!
For all other orders shipping is offered at a flat rate:
Standard: 2-5 business days - $6.95
Expedited: 1-2 business days - $19.95
International
International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Standard: $29.95 on all orders
* The outbound shipping fee will be deducted from return refunds if the items kept are less the $89.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.
Please note: All sale items are final sale, including any type of buy 1 get 1 discount are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will love what you order. However, if you don't we will gladly accept your return for a full refund. You will have 7 days to return your order for a full refund or store credit.
Returns sent after that return period will only receive a 50% refund of the item price.
We do not offer free shipping labels for returns at this time.
The outbound shipping fee will be deducted from return refunds if the items kept are less the $89.
Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags, and folded neatly. Items returned past 30 days or not in original condition will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
If the item was defective or factory damaged then you will receive a full refund and will be exempt from the return shipping charges.
However, once the item is received we will inspect it and we will determine if the item is actually damaged or defective due to factory or warehouse damage.
ellwidesign.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, or if we determined that it was damaged by the customer, or the return reason is incorrect.
Once your return is accepted and approved, please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
We do not take responsibility on items lost in transit or damaged upon return.
